Inspired by a real-life Hong Kong trial, THE PROSECUTOR follows the story of a man who falsely confesses to drug trafficking after being framed. Despite the identity, the prosecutor (Donnie Yen), who has become a police hero on the case, is convinced of the man’s innocence and continues his own investigation, risking both his career and his life to bring the real perpetrator to justice.
